If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a third party appointed by you, receives the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your withdrawal request before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

After we receive your withdrawal request, we will confirm receipt by email and provide further return instructions where applicable.

Please do not send items back before submitting a withdrawal request.

For EU withdrawal returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
